ShippingSixOclockHold distribution center is open Monday-Friday, 9:00 to 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time. We do our best to make efficient deliveries. Orders that are in stock normally ship out within 48 hours. All orders will be shipped as soon as the credit card has been processed in our secure system. This could take up to 3 business days. Be assured that customer credit card information is secure. Fraudulent orders do occur and we believe that customer security is of the utmost importance. SixOclockHold puts customers first. For this reason, if an order takes more than three business days to clear, the order will be shipped via 2nd day air at no additional charge. All orders are typically sent via UPS Ground and should be received within 3 to 5 business days. UPS Ground (US Only) is offered free to our customers. Note: Express delivery service may require a signature of receipt.
All products shipped are insured
against mishaps that may occur in the shipping process upto $100. Opportunity for the customer to purchase additional insurance for orders placed above $100 is given at check out. However, it is the
customer’s responsibility to inspect the package at the time of delivery and
refuse any parcel that appears to have been opened, tampered with, or damaged in
any way. Such parcels will be shipped back to our warehouse and a replacement
order will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt. If an abused parcel is
accepted, the shipping insurance may be voided.
Return Policy:At SixOclockHold.Com the return policy is simple. Customer satisfaction is important; therefore, customers may return products. Returns are accepted if the returned product is unopened in its original packaging. Customer faith and trust is important to all associated with SixOclockHold. Employees intend to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. Customers retuning products should:
SixOclockHold.com is not responsible and will not accept returns without prior authorization. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt. All hermetically sealed and cellophane-wrapped products must remain sealed for refund or return. Once a scope is mounted, it becomes a used product. Scopes placed in rings constitutes mounting, and is not eligible for refund or return. Please be aware that return postage is the customer’s responsibility, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable. All merchandise returned is subject to a 20% restocking fee. This includes incorrect items ordered by the customer. This fee is charged to cover the cost of transporting merchandise back to our warehouse and pay expenses charged to us by credit card companies. Please remember, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect their package at the time of delivery, and reject any parcel that appears to be damaged or opened. Order Cancellation Policy:Rarely, cancellations will occur. Customers that place orders for out-of-stock items will be forwarded an email confirming that the order is still wanted. At that time, the order will be placed like a standard order and the customer we be liable for all charges and fees related to the order. Credit cards will be charged only when the product has become available and is ready for shipment. Orders cancelled at customer’s request for reasons other than availability or a credit card has been charged but no product has been shipped, will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. This expense is necessary to cover fees charged to SixOclockHold.Com. Orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been shipped. If the delivery of the parcel is refused, the parcel will be returned to the address of origin and would be handled as a return. Please see the return policy. At the discretion of SixOclockHold.Com credit will be applied to the credit card, or remitted by check to the billing address listed on the order. This would occur within 10 days of the cancellation.

Sales Tax:SixOclockHold.Com is required to collect sales taxes on orders shipped with the state of Georgia. This 7.00% sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout for all orders that list a Georgia shipping address.
Warranty Information:SixOclockHold is not a warranty repair center. Therefore, no express or implied warranty with respect to any product is provided by this company. The only warranties provided are by the manufacturer and are contained within each package shipped. All requests for warranty information, repairs and claims should be made directly to the manufacturer. To avoid delays, please ship all repairs directly to the manufacturer. All merchandise shipped is insured against damage that may occur in the shipping and delivery process. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the package at the time of delivery, and reject any parcel that appears opened or damaged. If a package is accepted in poor condition, the shipping insurance may be voided.
